For Your Comfort

At SMILE CONCEPTS, we bend over backwards to ensure your visits to our office are always comfortable and pleasant.

We have a very comfortable patient lounge where you can relax, listen to music or read a magazine. Our coffee/tea machine is always on ready to make you a complimentary tea or coffee.

Once in the treatment rooms, if you choose, you can use a special pillow for comfortable neck support. We have nitrous oxide happy/laughing gas, at your request. We finish all appointments with a refresher towlette to help you freshen up.

Our surgeries are all equipped with a television and DVD. Hi-fi stereos can play your favourite music, or on longer duration appointments, you may wish to choose a movie. Bring your own or choose from one of ours.

Before you leave us we will always make sure you are well informed and feeling positive about your dental treatment and will often call you the next day to see how you are.

We offer features such as ceiling mounted plasma screens, videos, music and cordless music headphones. Our aim is to make your visit as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
